What is the refund policy?
Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund for any purchases to reserve space as an artist, vendor or attend as a guest. Participating artists will have their own policies, but assume they also offer no refunds.
What is the policy for children attending the event?
Guests under 18 (children) are permitted to attend the event with a paying admission, however they must be supervised at all times. Any unattended children may cause them and their parent(s) to be asked to leave with no refund.
What if my child wants a tattoo and I give permission for it?
That's awesome you're so cool, but during this event, NO guests under 18 will be permitted to get a tattoo. You are welcome and encouraged to continue to be cool and set up an appointment with one of our talented artists to have a tattoo for your child at their establishment. (Bring birth certificate as proof of age).
What if my child wants a piercing and I give permission?
Guests 16 and older will be permitted to get piercing by one of our talented piercers. Under 16 year old guests will need to make arrangements to have a piercing completed on site of one of our piercers. (Bring birth certificate as proof of age).
If I'm not happy with my tattoo or piercing, can Twisted Gold Tattoo Convention do something about it?
The organizers, sponsors and hosts, as well as the Winnemucca Events Center have made every attempt to vet qualified and high quality artists and piercers. These individuals follow all health and legal requirements to be permitted to participate. In the event a guest is unhappy with their work, Twisted Gold Tattoo Convention, the organizers, sponsors and Winnemucca Events Center will not be held responsible, nor can they require the artists anything beyond what their agreements entail. It is important guests read and agree to those contracts before work begins. If a guest is unhappy with the final artwork, it is suggested to make contact with the artist to see if there can be follow-up work or other arrangements can be made. It is the goal of everyone involved to have an enjoyable and memorable experience attending the Twisted Gold Tattoo Convention 2025.
